Delivery & Returns
Goods can be returned or changed provided that in new and good condition, can be re-sold.
All original package must be returned together with goods.
Not for discounted goods and tailer-made goods.
Defination of new and re-sell condition: Goods must be clean and not human damaged, including paper box, polybag, hangtag and all main accessories.
Customer must input data to "return and exchange page" or send e-mail to sl@slcreativeproducts.com within 3days after goods collected.
We will reply within 5 working days.
